The backing is really hard to "get started" and separate from the tape. That's a minor annoyance but enough for me not to want to deal with it.

This is a very good adhesive tape for touch panel or lcd screen repair, but the user must be very patient. The backing is very tightly connected.

I had to remove the pieces I had taped to do further repairs later, and it came apart just like the manufacturer's adhesive, but didn't shred as badly which means that I didn't have to reapply it for reassembly, which I like.

Overall though, if you're looking to fix your phone, this is what you need. I love it and would buy it again.
